Primordial Pact

Frozen Grip: You know the Frozen Grip At-Will spell.

Elemental Rupture: You have the Elemental Rupture pact boon. The elements of creation contained within all things detonate at your presence, leaving only rubble. When an enemy under your Warlocks’ Curse is reduced to 0 hit points or fewer, the squares currently adjacent to you are considered to be difficult terrain to all creatures except you until the end of your next turn.

Slabs of elemental ice crush your foe like a Frost Titan. If your foe attempts to escape, its grip only tightens.

A crushing vortex of water emerges in front of you, entrapping those caught within and holding them fast.

You conjure a miniscule rift to the Elemental Chaos, a torrent of energy flowing onto your foe. Swirling chunks of ice, gouts of flame, and blasts of lightning threaten to tear the skin off his bones.

Nothing will stop you from your goal.

Level 3 Encounter Spells

Hellrime Blast: Warlock (Primordial) Attack 3
You empower your Eldritch Blast with elemental cold, freezing your foe from the inside out and making him slow to react.

Grumbar’s Earthen Clutches: Warlock (Primordial) Attack 5
The ground erupts in covetous stone hands, reaching for your foes and holding fast. The only way to break their grasp is to appease their greed with sacrifice.

Target: All creatures in burst
Attack: Constitution vs. Reflex
Hit: 2d8+Constitution modifier damage.
Miss: Half damage.
Effect: The target is weakened and immobilized (save ends both). The target may willingly take an additional 1d8 + Constitution modifier damage to end these effects prematurely.


Level 6 Utility Spells

Deceive Item: Warlock (All) Utility 6
You have learned that even the inanimate can be manipulated to your ends.

Effect: You can use an implement of your choice as if it were a warlock implement until you take an extended rest.

Disrupt the Elements: Warlock (Primordial) Utility 6
You tap into the swirling energies of the Elemental Chaos in order to tamper with your abilities.

Effect: The next attack you make before the end of your next turn that deals damage instead deals a particular damage type chosen by you rather than its normal damage type. If you do not attack by the end of your next turn, the damage type returns to normal. Choose the damage type from the following list: acid, cold, fire, lightning, or thunder.


Level 7 Encounter Spells

Eternal Flame of Imix: Warlock (Primordial) Attack 7
Just as Imix burns for all eternity, so shall your foes.

Target: Each creature in burst
Attack: Constitution vs. Reflex
Hit: Ongoing 5 fire damage (save ends), and the target takes a -2 penalty to saving throws against ongoing damage until it saves against this effect.
Primordial Pact: The target takes ongoing fire damage equal to 4 + your Intelligence modifier instead.


Level 9 Daily Spells

Clash of the Titans: Warlock (Primordial) Attack 9
The Titans themselves grant you earth-cracking strength; more strength than you can possibly control.

Target: Each creature in blast
Attack: Constitution vs. Reflex
Hit: 2d6+Constitution modifier damage, and the target is pushed a number of squares equal to your Intelligence modifier.
Miss: Half damage, and the target is pushed 1 square.
Special: After the attack, you take 2 damage for each target, even if the power missed. This damage cannot be reduced in any way, and bypasses temporary hit points.


Level 10 Utility Spell

Voracious Dispelling: Warlock (Primordial) Utility 10
You tear at the fabric that holds together a magical effect, sending disrupting shockwaves back to its creator.

Target: One conjuration or zone
Attack: Constitution vs. the Fortitude defense of the creator of the conjuration or the zone
Hit: The conjuration or the zone is destroyed. All its effects end, including those that normally last until a target saves.
Effect: The creator takes damage equal to one-half its level.


Level 16 Utility Spell

Imbue Item: Warlock (All) Utility 16
Energy coursing through your veins, you imbue a portion of that power into one of your implements.

Special: You must spend a healing surge without regaining any hit points
Effect: You recharge the daily power of a magic item. That item cannot be recharged again until you take an extended rest.
